Going through my counter statistics, I was pleasantly surprised to note that a large number of visitors to this blog come looking for Doodh, Dodh, Doodh Patti and or Salageet and Shilajit {Where I Get My Supply of Salageet (Shilajit)}.
I also get quries about what is Doodh Patti. Term Doodh Patti is very well know all around in this part of the word we call home and even among those who have travelled as a backpacker to Pakistan, maybe it is new for some. Here is my explanation, “Tea is taken in Pakistan more than any other drink. You get a cup of tea made by boiling tealeaf (patti) in water and mixed with lots of milk (doodh) and sugar anywhere. Those who prefer more milk boil tea leafs in milk instead of water.”
This is my cup of tea. How you make yours?
